Tampa South Investments
Aaron & Stephanie Barker established Tampa South Investments in 2016 as a means to acquire properties and develop them into profitable investments. Aaron & Stephanie work together to develop each property and turn them into a place their clients can call home! They take some of the ugliest homes on the block and turn them into works of art. It’s taken them a tremendous amount of hard work, blood sweat and tears to learn the real estate and construction business, but the products they put out are well worth it. Their focus is on functionality as well as design, and they take from many different inspirations from Farmhouse Modern, to Mid Century, Boho, etc…
Stay tuned as there are many more projects on the horizon and we are very excited about what the future holds. For more information on future projects or how you can get involved with Aaron or Stephanie please reach out.

We added a new roof, new HVAC system, new pluming, new electric and new windows and doors. This home turned into a basically new home after we found extensive termite damage. Our focus was to create a functional split, open concept floor plan with impressive space combining an entry foyer, dining room, living room, large open kitchen featuring a large center island with built in range and microwave.
The previous floor plan was extremely unfunctional so we decided to change all the walls and create a split floor plan. We kept the two bedrooms on the left with a shared guest bathroom. Then we moved the master suite to the right side of the house. The master suite features wooden beams, sliding barn door and gorgeous master bath. This master bathrooms was one of our favorites with light grey cabinets, champagne gold finishes for the double master vanity. The large walk in shower has grey penny tile with white grout and a grey subway tile and custom shower niche. We chose to do a double shower head and glass doors to finish the shower.
We changed the layout of the kitchen, moving towards a more trending open kitchen concept. We added a large center island. This kitchen showcases calacatta quartz countertops, white shaker cabinets, black island with tons of storage and a artisan tile back splash that carries up to the ceiling. We added butcher block open shelving as a point focal point with black scones.
We wanted this home to have lots of outdoor living space so we installed a massive 20 X 15 pergola on the front porch and creating another outdoor entertaining space in the back.

The transformation of this foreclosed home in South Tampa turned from a dump into a classy modern Ranch home with all the high end finishes. We added a new roof, new HVAC system, new pluming, and new electric. Our focus was to create an open concept floor plan with impressive space combining an entry foyer, dining room, bar area, living room, kitchen featuring a large center island and crown molding through out the home.
We kept a similar floor plan on this project, keeping the two bathrooms in the same location. We expanded the master bathroom to have a double vanity and bigger walk in shower. Both bathrooms feature a modern white subway tile with high end fixtures. We went with a gold brass in the master and matte black in the guest bathroom.
We changed the layout of the kitchen, moving towards a more trending open kitchen concept. We added a large center island. This kitchen showcases quartz countertops, white shaker cabinets and a glass herringbone tile back splash that carries into the bar area. We added a wine fridge and butcher block open shelving.
We kept the fireplace but changed it to a more modern feel. We added white shiplap and converted the fireplace to gas insert. This home has so many unique details from the shiplap to the custom design wall feature We changed the front exposure of the home, fixing up the landscaping and painting the home from blue to a modern white. We painted the front door teal making the home feel more welcoming.
